1. Age Requirement

Membership and access to cannabis products are strictly 21 years and older.
Valid ID is required for all members.
Supplying cannabis to anyone underage is grounds for immediate termination of membership.

2. Responsible Use

Cannabis is for personal, healing, and private use only.
Sharing or reselling outside the collective is strictly prohibited.
Consumption should always be mindful, respectful, and safe.

3. Respect for Community & Privacy

Treat fellow members, staff, and the community with respect and integrity.
Keep all personal and collective matters confidential.
Protect the dignity and image of cannabis as a plant of healing.

4. Legal & Ethical Commitment

Members must comply with South African cannabis laws.
No criminal activity, reckless behaviour, or misuse of the collective’s name is tolerated.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

5. Support & Education

Members are encouraged to participate in educational events, workshops, or discussions hosted by the collective.
Share knowledge responsibly and help end the stigma surrounding cannabis.
Always uphold the values of healing, community, and responsibility.

6. Intoxication Policy

No service will be provided to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or any other drug.
Staff reserve the right to refuse entry or service at their discretion.
Repeated incidents will result in the termination of membership.

7. Staff Rights & Authority

Staff members are empowered to enforce all policies without debate.
Any disrespect, verbal abuse, or attempts to argue with staff will result in immediate removal.
Decisions made by staff regarding safety, compliance, and community conduct are final.

8. Business Hours & Member Services

Services will only be rendered to Green Remedy Collective members during official business hours.
No after-hours services will be allowed.
This policy is in place to ensure the security and safety of our clients, staff, and business.
