Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds:

  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition it was received unless damaged in transit. If a discount was used and the return is not due to our error, we will not honour the original discount.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us. We will do our best to help you choose the most affordable return method. Return shipping costs are typically the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds: We offer full refunds for returned items that meet our eligibility criteria. Refunds are processed once we confirm the item's condition. Please allow 3-5 business days for credit card refunds and up to 10 business days for debit card refunds.

  • Damaged or defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at 076-072-8352 or immediately. We will offer a replacement as the first option. If a replacement is not suitable, we will issue a full refund.

  • Gifts: If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we will offer you a store credit or gift card for the amount of the order.

  • Processing Time: If you haven't received your refund within the set timeframe, please contact your financial institution for further assistance on processing times.
